To measure for chaps and chinks this is the diagram I use. You’ll want to measure over your jeans and it is good to have your boots on for length measurements. Doesn’t have to be tight but the way you’d like the chaps to feel w your jeans.

To Measure for your custom belt you’ll want to use a belt that you wear now and works well with the buckle you plan to use. Measure from the bend where the buckle sits to the hole you use comfortably.

To measure for a custom vest you will want to do this over a comfortable shirt similar to what you plan to wear under using a regular cloth tape measure. Measurements should be similar to how you’d like the vest to feel. If you like a more snug fit measure accordingly.

Jacket measurements should be done comfortably but snug if you’d like the jacket to fit that way. And best to measure over a shirt that is similar to what you’d want to wear with it.
